Indian Army NCC Special Entry Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification (For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders):
- Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
- Final year students are eligible, provided they complete their degree before the commencement of training in October 2026.
- Minimum ‘B’ Grade in NCC ‘C’ Certificate examination.
- Minimum 2–3 years of service in Senior Division/Wing of NCC (as applicable).
- Candidates without NCC ‘C’ Certificate or Provisional NCC Certificate are not eligible.
For Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel:
- Unmarried sons and unmarried daughters (including legally adopted) of Army personnel classified as Battle Casualties.
- Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate is not mandatory for this category.
Required Documents (For Wards of Battle Casualties):
- Battle Casualty Certificate issued by Manpower (Policy & Planning) Directorate.
- Part II Order Number issued by Regimental Records.
- Relationship Certificate issued by competent authority.
Nationality:
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal, or
- Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.
