Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Option 1: M.Tech Degree Holders
- M.Tech in VLSI / Embedded System / Microelectronics / Electronics System / Communication System / Instrumentation / Computer Science Engineering
- Degree must be obtained from a recognised university or institute
- Minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% aggregate marks
- Valid GATE qualification obtained within the last 5 years from 23 January 2026
Option 2: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc (Engineering) Degree Holders
- B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical / Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation / Computer Science and Engineering
- Degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum CPI of 7.5 or 70% aggregate marks
- Valid GATE qualification obtained within the last 5 years
Option 3: M.Sc Degree Holders
- M.Sc in Physics / Mathematics / Electronics / Instrumentation
