Vacancy Details
38 Sports Quota posts in various games/events including Hockey, Weightlifting, Badminton, Athletics, Kho-Kho, Table Tennis, Chess, Swimming, Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Kabaddi, Football, Wrestling, Basketball. For detailed game-wise vacancy list, refer official notification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passed 10th or equivalent examination
- Higher education certificates can also be uploaded if possessed
- Active sportspersons with achievements from 01/04/2023 onwards
- Must meet championship/event norms as per RSPB and recognized federations
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 25 years
- No age relaxation applicable
Application Fee
- General candidates: Rs. 500/-
- SC/ST, Women, Minorities, EBC: Rs. 250/-
- Refundable after deducting bank charges when appearing in trial
Selection Process
- Screening & scrutiny of application
- Document verification
- Trials: Game skill, physical fitness, coach’s observations
- Assessment of sports achievements and educational qualification
- Final merit list & medical examination
