- SC/ST/PWD candidates: 55% aggregate marks (CGPA 6.0) at UG/PG level.
- Age limit: As per institute/DST norms.
Salary / Stipend
- GATE/NET Qualified: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA as per Institute rules
- Non-GATE/NET Qualified: ₹30,000/- per month + HRA as per Institute rules
