GMRC CGM/GM (O&M) 2025 Vacancy Details

This recruitment is for senior-level Operations & Maintenance leadership roles for Ahmedabad and Surat Metro Projects.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation and related branches OR
• Any Graduate with experience in train operations.

2. Age Limit

• Maximum Age (Contract/Deputation): 58 years (as on 01/12/2025)
• Maximum Age (Post-Superannuation Basis): 62 years
• Internal GMRC employees may get relaxation as per rules.

3. Experience

• GM Level: 20 years (Private) OR 17 years (Govt./PSU/Metro executive level)
• CGM Level: 23 years (Private) OR 20 years (Govt./PSU/Metro executive level) with minimum 4 years in SAG/GM Grade
• Mandatory experience in Operations & Maintenance of Railway/Metro systems.

Salary / Pay Scale

IDA Pay Scale: ₹120000–280000
Approx. CTC: ₹3.5 lakh per month (contract basis).
Deputation/Post-superannuation as per GMRC rules.
