Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant General Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation, min 16 years experience including 5 years as Project/Engineering Manager.
- Senior Manager (PEM / Projects): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in relevant discipline, 12–8 years experience, 4 years as Project Manager.
- Manager (Projects / Copper / Aluminium / Planning & Scheduling): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in relevant field, 8 years experience.
- Deputy Manager (Projects / Electrical): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electrical, min 4 years experience.
- Age relaxations as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and Ex-servicemen.
Salary / Pay Level
- Assistant General Manager: ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 (approx. CTC ₹33.48 lakh p.a.)
- Senior Manager: ₹90,000–2,40,000 (approx. CTC ₹30.13 lakh p.a.)
- Manager: ₹80,000–2,20,000 (approx. CTC ₹26.66 lakh p.a.)
- Deputy Manager: ₹70,000–2,00,000 (approx. CTC ₹23.45 lakh p.a.)
- CTC includes basic pay, DA, HRA, other perks and post-retirement medical coverage (for eligible candidates).
