Eligibility Criteria
- Passed intermediate examination of Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Registered with ICAI or ICMAI.
- Not eligible if already completed similar training for 1 year or more in any PSU.
- Indian Nationals only.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 22,000/- per month for 15 months.
- Completion of training does not guarantee employment in CIL or subsidiaries.
Age Limit
- UR/EWS: 28 yrs
- OBC (NCL): 31 yrs
- SC/ST: 33 yrs
- PwDs: 10-15 yrs relaxation
Selection Process
- Based on merit of intermediate examination (both groups total).
- Posting based on preference of subsidiary companies & merit ranking.
- Tie-breaker: Older candidate or higher Class X marks.
- Waiting list of 125 candidates maintained as per govt guidelines.
