Eligibility Criteria
- B.Arch graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC
- Possession of M.Arch is desirable
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification executive experience in major infrastructure projects (Metro Rail, Railways, etc.) or large-scale mixed-use development
- Experience in Metro station design & development, property development integration, architectural & interior design, landscape, TOD principles, sustainable design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and coordination with consultants & departments
Salary & Benefits
- Consolidated Pay: Rs.1,45,000/- per month
- Higher remuneration possible based on experience & performance
- Medical & Personal Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, Mobile reimbursement, other allowances as per CMRL policy
- Possibility of absorption into IDA Pay Scale after 2 years of satisfactory service

Selection Process
- Two-stage process: Interview followed by Medical Examination
- Assessment on knowledge, skills, aptitude, and physical fitness
- Medical examination mandatory (cost borne by CMRL)
