Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an Indian citizen.
• Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Minimum age: 21 years as on 01/08/2025.
• Maximum age: 37 years for UR (Male), 40 years for BC/EBC & UR Female, 42 years for SC/ST (Male & Female).
• Age relaxation for Bihar Govt employees, PwBD candidates, and Ex-servicemen as per rules.

Salary / Pay Scale

Level-5 of pay matrix, Basic Pay ₹29,200/- per month, subject to State Government revisions.

Selection Process

• Written Objective-type Examination (No Interview).
• Minimum qualifying marks: UR – 40%, BC – 36.5%, EBC – 34%, SC/ST/Women/PwBD – 32%.
• Written exam consists of 3 papers: General Language, General Studies, General Aptitude.
• Document Verification after written exam.
• Merit list prepared based on written exam marks.
