Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with 2 years full-time MBA (HR/IR) / MSW / MA (Social Work HR) or PG Diploma in PM & IR.
- Must have secured First Class (60%) in Post-Graduation.
- Officer HR (Grade II): Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, HR certifications, Manufacturing HR experience.
Age Limit (As on 07-01-2026)
- Officer HR (Grade II): Maximum 29 Years
- Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): Maximum 30 Years
- Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years | OBC-NCL – 3 Years | PwD – 10 Years
Salary / Pay Scale
- Officer HR (Grade II): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
- DA, Perks & Allowances (13.78%), HRA, PF, Gratuity, PRP as per BEML rules
