- Investment Specialist / Investment Officer: PG Degree / PG Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Business Management / Commerce / Economics / Banking / Insurance / Actuarial Science or CA / CFA.
- Project Development Manager: MBA/PGDM from recognized University/Institution.
- Central Research Team (Support): Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics.
Age Limit
- Head, Zonal Head, Regional Head: 35 - 50 Years
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead, Investment Specialist: 28 - 42 Years
- Investment Officer: 28 - 40 Years
- Project Development Manager: 30 - 40 Years
- Central Research Team (Support): 25 - 35 Years
